We currently ship to The Netherlands, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland and the United States of America.

Shipping Prices

The price of your postage will vary depending on the weight of your order. When you add items to your cart and select your address, you will get a postage costs estimate. Free postage is given when you spend a minimum amount. This minimum amount varies per country.

Tracked Shipping

All orders sent to the Netherlands are automatically sent with Tracked Shipping.

Countries outside of the Netherlands have the choice of Untracked or Tracked shipping. If you do not purchase Tracked shipping and your order is lost in the post, it cannot be reimbursed. Please do contact us if this occurs to see if there are any solutions.

Estimated Dispatch Times

On average you order will dispatch within 3-6 working days. You will be informed via email when it has dispatched. If any delays take place in this process you will be informed as soon as possible.

If Squirrel Hoard is on vacation or will be going on vacation, this will be stated on the site and what the approximate first next dispatch date will be.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please be aware that estimated delivery times start from the date of dispatch, not from the date you placed your order.

These delivery times are purely estimates and are in no way guarantees. We have calculated the estimates with room for error but other unexpected delays are always possible. We are not responsible for any delays caused by postal services or custom delays. When you need your order by a specific date, please order with with extra time allowance to take into account for any delays.

Packaging

Orders are packaged using different materials dependent on the size and nature of the items ordered. The standard packaging used is a cardboard box.

Sometimes the packaging used to ship your order will have been previously used. This is more environmentally friendly than throwing it away. Packaging is only reused when it is in a suitable state to do so. We kindly request you reuse any packing when possible.
